My wife took my pants from the dresser and didn't check my pockets. This jumpdrive went through the wash and the drier about 2 months ago and is still working perfectly.
The Kingston flash drives are durable and reliable but they are really slow compared with others. Not suitable for moving large files.
Luckily, for me, the cap was more for looks than anything else. It's not super-fast, but it is fast enough for anything you're likely to do with it. I've been using this flash drive for about 2 years and it has never failed me. I carry it in my pocket to school, and in the past I've kept it on a keychain, which was really useful. Sadly, the cap broke one day when I was putting it on - it split right down the side.
I bought this over a month ago, I have had no problems with it. Does what it's supposed to do.
At 1GB of memory it offers a much better value than other flash drives of its size, which tend to be overpriced. This flash drive is reliable, sturdy and fast. I'm very happy with my purchase.
